The collaboration between Airpay and ThaiTicketMajor allows users to conveniently purchase event tickets, concerts, or shows in Thailand through the platform. ThaiTicketMajor is one of the largest ticketing services in Thailand, and integrating its services with a digital payment platform like Airpay offers users a seamless ticket purchasing experience with added ease and convenience in payments.
The benefits for users are:
1. Ticket Purchases: Users can browse and purchase tickets for concerts, theater performances, sporting events, and other live shows available through ThaiTicketMajor by using AirPay.
2. Fast and Secure Transactions: The app provides a secure and fast payment process, reducing the hassle of visiting a physical location to purchase tickets.
3. Exclusive Promotions: Users paying with Airpay for ThaiTicketMajor events will be eligible for special offers, cashback, or promotional pricing.
Problem Statement

Thaiticketmajor website isn't designed to be mobile responsive, making it difficult for users who wish to book tickets via mobile devices to navigate and use several functions, such as selecting seats.
Currently, ThaiTicketMajor does not have an application, and its website has not yet been optimized for mobile devices. It makes integrating the ticket booking system into the AirPay application an additional and more convenient option for users. The system has been specifically developed to be user-friendly and cater to mobile users.
